Flow And Pressure Control Valves

“ Mercury” flow and Pressure control valves consist of Quick exhaust, Shuttle valves, Air Pressure Regulators, Flow control valves, Non return valves and silencers. They are available in various port sizes and designed to be versatile to suit all pneumatic applications.

Pneumatic cylinders are mechanical devices which use the power of compressed gas to produce a force in a reciprocating linear motion. Like hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders use the stored potential energy of a fluid, in this case compressed air, and convert it into kinetic energy as the air expands in an attempt to reach atmospheric pressure. This air expansion forces a piston to move in the desired direction.

Series N - Hydro Pneumatic Cylinder

The Mercury New WORLD CLASS Series”A” Hydro-Pneumatic Pumps are an efficient, low cost alternatives to motorized and hand operated pumps. Their salient features are :

Compact and lightweight and can an be mounted in any orientation.
Low air consumption. When used in conjunction with a low pressure, high discharge centrifugal prefill pump, the energy consumption and time for building desired pressure is very low. Once the pressure has built up there is no further consumption of compressed air.
Automatically compensates for leakages to maintain set pressure.

Series N -High Pressure pumps ( Upto 1300bar)

Mercury Series N are specially designed High pressure pumps consisting of 2 models generating 640 and 1300 bar respectively.

Hydrotester 500

“Mercury” Hydro tester is a portable pressure testing unit for pressures ranging from 15 bar to 500 bars. This indigenous product has the entire pressure testing circuit inbuilt to simplify the testing process and to increase flexibility in testing heavy products at its place of manufacturing. Light weight components, ergonomic design & good aesthetics are some of the distinguishing features of the Hydro tester series. It eliminates electrical and water connections.

It is not unusual that, during some applications the thrust generated by a pneumatic system is not sufficient for a specific purpose that it has been designed for. In order to get a higher output pressure , the inlet pressure needs to be increased which in some cases may require to be higher that the shop line pressure.

This product group was developed for high pressure lubrication in systems where standard lubrication methods do not work. The autolube pumps are used for dispensing oil whereas Grease Pumps are used for greasing applications wherin the quantity of grease has to be metered.
