The BJR series oil-resistant/oil-proof photoelectric sensors are optimized for use in various environments with cutting oil and lubricants such as automotive and machine tool industries. The sensors are capable of long distance detection up to 15 m (through-beam type). Various features including MSR (Mirror Surface Rejection) function and mutual interference prevention functions allow stable and error-free operation. The screw mounting hole is made of metallic nuts, allowing easy installation using M3 bolts and offering easy maintenance even when exposed to various oils.

The BRQ series Ø18 mm cylindrical photoelectric sensors are available in various sensing sides (front, side), housing material (SUS316L stainless steel, nickel-plated brass metal, plastic), and body sizes (standard, short-body) for flexible application in diverse environments. The sensors feature long detection distance up to 30 m and accurate sensing performance with excellent noise immunity and minimal influence from ambient light. Mutual interference prevention function also allows the sensors to be installed close together. With IP67 protection rating, the sensors offer stable and error-free operation even in wet or dusty environments. The IP67K models are also available for application in high pressure and high temperature water and dust environments.

The BD series laser displacement sensors can measure thickness, width, level difference, disparity, curve, evenness of target objects by detecting the amount of displacement. The communication converters can be powered by the sensor amplifier unit by connecting the units using the side connector. The atDisplacement laser displacement sensor software allows users to batch parameter settings, monitor measured values and outputs in real-time, and set communication speed and addresses without connecting to host devices.

The TMH series modular multi-channel high performance temperature controllers are capable of controlling up to 2 or 4 channels of input/output simultaneously, with 50 ms high-speed sampling cycle, ±0.3% measurement accuracy, and simultaneous heating and cooling control function. The control channels can be expanded without additional wiring for power or communication. The control modules can be expanded up to 32 units and 128 channels. With each communication module, the units can be expanded up to 32 units (16 control modules & 16 option modules). Up to 16 communication modules can be connected to a master device for a total of 1,024 control channels. The modular design allows flexible expansion depending on user requirements, with various option modules available including analog input/output modules, digital input / alarm output modules, CT input modules, PLC ladder-less communication (RS422/485) and Ethernet communication modules. Parameter configuration and status monitoring is available with PCs using USB, RS422/RS485, or Ethernet communication connection.
